MVT tile source for device_link, published by pg_tileserv. The column list is read from information_schema at (re)generation time -- see mig 20260901_013 -- so a column added to device_link reaches the browser only after this function is rebuilt AND `railway redeploy --yes` runs. pg_tileserv caches the function shape at startup and reports nothing at all when it is stale.
